I’m a product designer and design manager who leads teams through complex problem spaces, balancing craft, collaboration, and rapid iteration to ship meaningful, well-tested experiences.
I’ve spent the past 10 years at Microsoft, where my scope has grown alongside the teams and products I’ve led. I joined through the acquisition of the startup MileIQ, where I learned the power of A/B testing, rapid iteration, and letting real user behavior guide design decisions. Those early lessons shaped the products I built inside Microsoft and continue to influence how I approach both design and leadership, even as our process changes with new AI tools.
Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of problem spaces, from Microsoft Family Safety, to privacy, and now Windows where I’ve continued growing and mentoring designers as they progressed in their careers. Today, I’m a Principal Design Manager on Windows, leading work on File Explorer and adjacent experiences that help people, better use and discover the value of their Windows devices. I partner closely with product management and engineering to solve long-standing customer problems, thoughtfully integrate AI, and drive subscription growth through clear, intuitive design.
My portfolio is currently under construction. Please reach out via email for work samples.
